Recommended Use

Cut 30 cm of floss. Wrap it around your index finger. Using your thumbs, carefully pass the floss between the teeth with a back-and-forth motion. Press the floss against the side of a tooth and slide it along the tooth, moving from the gum toward the edge. Repeat on the adjacent tooth's side.
