Recommended use

Place the Thermacare Thermal Wrap, with the darker side facing the skin, on the affected area, adjusting the wrap and fastening it at the front. For best results, leave it on for 8 hours. It may take about 30 minutes for the wrap to reach the desired temperature.

Do not open the sachet if you are not going to use it immediately.

If you are over 55 years old, do not apply directly to the skin; use over a piece of clothing.
