Promotions and Free Shipping

The minimum amount for free shipping is calculated after applying discounts, promotional campaigns, or promotional codes.

The shipping costs shown at checkout always prevail over any merely informative values.

The presented deadlines are estimates and may change due to reasons beyond Love my Pharma's control, including logistical or carrier constraints.

  • Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday.
  • In Mainland Portugal, deliveries usually take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • The correct delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the data provided by the customer, especially the delivery address.
  • The order is considered delivered after confirmation of delivery by the carrier.

Order Receipt

We recommend that you check the condition of the products upon receipt.

If you identify any damage, missing items, or irregularities, you should contact our customer support team within 24 hours after delivery.

Invoices and Receipts

The order confirmation only confirms the purchase and has no accounting value.

The invoice and the respective receipt are issued and sent together with the order.
