Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, weight, and volume of the order. The amount will be shown before completing the purchase.

Bulky products are considered, by way of example:

Love my Pharma reserves the right to classify other products as bulky when their logistical characteristics justify it.
Promotions and Free Shipping
The minimum amount for free shipping is calculated after applying discounts, promotional campaigns, or promotional codes.
The shipping costs shown at checkout always prevail over any merely informative values.
Delivery Times
After order dispatch:

Important Information
- Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday.
- In Mainland Portugal, deliveries usually take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- The correct delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the data provided by the customer, especially the delivery address.
- The order is considered delivered after confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
Order Receipt
We recommend checking the condition of the products upon receipt.
If you identify any damage, missing items, or irregularities, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours after delivery.
Invoices and Receipts
The order confirmation only confirms the purchase and has no accounting value.
The invoice and the respective receipt are issued and sent together with the order.
