Online shopping allows us to conveniently and comfortably purchase products at any time and from anywhere, using a computer or a mobile phone.

At any time, except for the Tax Identification Number (NIF), personal data can be edited. This operation should be carried out in the Customer Profile.

All shipping costs related to the order are billed per order and not per product. This way, the customer can include more than one product in their order and will only pay shipping costs once;

Mainland Portugal: For orders over €49, delivery is free;

Mainland Portugal: For orders over €49 that include bulky products, the shipping cost will be €3.48 (VAT included). Bulky products are considered, as a guideline, items such as: Shnuggle Bath Kit, Wheelchairs and Walkers, Toddler Shnuggle Bath, Electric Baby Recliners;

Mainland Portugal: For orders under €49, the shipping cost will be €3.48 (VAT included);

Madeira and Azores Archipelago: Regardless of the total order value, shipping costs will be €6.50 (VAT included); if the order includes bulky products, shipping will cost €20.00 (VAT included). Bulky products are considered, as a guideline, items such as: Shnuggle Bath Kit, Wheelchairs and Walkers, Toddler Shnuggle Bath, Electric Baby Recliners;
