Recommended Use

1. Hold the brush in your hand and adjust until you find a comfortable position. Use for about 3 minutes.
2. Use with or without your favorite shampoo, oil, or treatment. It is easy to use on wet or dry hair – just press to control the level of pressure applied.
3. To exfoliate, move the brush towards the scalp in circular motions or from front to back to the nape.
4. To massage, press the scalp to stimulate pressure points.
