Payment terms and security guarantees

Mainland Portugal: All orders placed at Love my Pharma can be paid using Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Multibanco Reference, PayPal and/or MBWay

Mainland Spain: All orders placed at Love my Pharma can be paid using Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), PayPal and/or Bizum; 

If the “Consumer” chooses to pay by Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), they will be automatically directed to a secure link where we will obtain payment authorization. As with any other credit card payment, the following details will be requested: cardholder’s name, expiry date. To ensure a secure shopping experience, we highlight that entering the CVV (security code) is required. Since the CVV is a code that is part of the card itself, any attempt at fraud is securely prevented;

If the “Consumer” chooses to pay by Multibanco Reference, Love my Pharma will only begin processing the order after receiving the payment. Therefore, with this payment method, we advise completing it as soon as possible to receive your order promptly. If payment is not made within 24 hours after placing the order, Love my Pharma will cancel the order;

If the “Consumer” chooses to pay via PayPal, they should follow the instructions on the digital platform;

If the “Consumer” chooses to pay via MBWay, they will receive a payment notification in the MBWay app. To continue the payment process, the steps indicated by the app must be followed. This payment has a time limit set by the app, so failure to meet the deadline will result in order cancellation;

If the “Consumer” chooses to pay via Bizum (Spain), they must continue the process according to the specifics associated with this payment method;

We advise making payments only through the platforms suggested by Love my Pharma. If this is not the case, Love my Pharma is not responsible for the loss of the amount paid or for any damages that may arise;

Security of transactions made

For your safety and protection, Love my Pharma uses security technologies that allow data encryption. This way, we can guarantee that all information provided, from the initial moment until the order is processed, will not be stored on any public server;

Love my Pharma warns its consumers that, despite data encryption, payment over the internet always carries a risk, especially if the “Customer” does not take the necessary security precautions. The consumer should always adopt responsible conduct regarding online purchases;

Under no circumstances will Love my Pharma be liable for damages suffered resulting from the use of electronic communication means, particularly damages arising from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties, or computer programs used for communication or virus transmission.
