Recommended Use 

Apply daily or 2 to 3 times a week:

Before applying, brush dry hair to detangle, remove impurities, and enhance the shampoo's effects.

Apply the product evenly on wet hair, starting at the nape. 

Gently massage with your fingertips to create some foam.

Rinse very well.
