Recommended Use

1. Place the collection cup over your breast, with the nipple centered in the opening.
2. Gently press the collection cup against the breast to remove air and create a soft seal.
   
3. Put the nursing bra over the collection cup. If you feel the cup is loose, press it again to create more suction.
   
4. Check the milk level after letdown begins. Lean slightly forward and remove the collection cup when it reaches maximum fill to avoid accidental spills. When finished, release the seal around the opening by inserting a finger.
5. Pour the collected breast milk into a bottle or keep it in the collection cup for temporary storage.
   
6. Place the lid on the collection cup to prevent contamination.
   
7. Store the collection cup on a rounded surface with the heart logo facing down.
