Meritene Clinical Extra Protein is a food for special medical purposes. It is a complete polymeric, hypercaloric, hyperproteic, and fiber-free formula.
It is a formula with high caloric and protein concentration. Thus, 1 bottle of Meritene Clinical Extra Protein is equivalent to 2 bottles of a traditional oral nutritional supplement.
Energy concentration: 2.1 kcal/ml
Recommended Use
Recommended daily dose:
- As an exclusive diet: According to the patient's nutritional needs, under medical advice
- As a complementary diet: 1-3 packages/day
Administration:
- Ready to use orally or via tube.
- Do not administer intravenously.
- UHT solution. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
- Recommended to be taken cold.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened, keep covered at room temperature for a maximum of 6 hours and up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
