AQUILEA SONO® 1.95mg is presented in the form of an innovative tablet composed of a dual layer, specially formulated so that its ingredients are released as needed. The first layer of the tablet, containing melatonin, is released quickly and helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep*. The second layer of the tablet, containing plant extracts such as valerian, passionflower, and California poppy, is released throughout the night, contributing to restorative sleep. *Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.

Recommended Use

1 tablet half an hour before bedtime. Warning: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the formulation's constituents. The use of this product in children should only occur under medical advice and supervision. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
