Campaigns and Promotional Codes

Conditions applicable to promotional codes (discount coupons) and promotional campaigns

• Love My Pharma will provide promotional codes that allow the user to enjoy discounts and better prices on certain products or sets of products. The use of the discount by the customer implies compliance with the rules established by Love My Pharma;

• The promotional codes issued by Love My Pharma are personal and non-transferable and will only be valid for online purchases at Love My Pharma. Transactions involving the sale, exchange, or donation of promotional codes are prohibited, and it is the customer's responsibility not to post the promotional code on websites or other public forms of offering, donating, exchanging, or selling. Promotional codes cannot be used for commercial purposes;

• Each promotional code is limited to one use per product or per order and cannot be combined with promotional campaigns unless otherwise indicated by Love My Pharma;

• Exchanges of promotional codes for money will not be considered, and codes cannot be reissued or refunded;

• In cases where there is suspicion that a promotional code is being used in violation of the above conditions, Love My Pharma reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights, to immediately block the promotional code;

 

• Any offer or promotional campaign presented by Love My Pharma is only valid within the time frame specified by Love My Pharma. The usage conditions mentioned on the product page under promotion should be considered;

• If any of the products on promotion are exchanged or returned, only the amount actually spent by the customer on the purchase of the product will be refunded.

• All campaigns or discounts will always be limited to existing stock.

• Unless otherwise indicated by Love My Pharma, free shipping campaigns will not be valid for use on diapers, baby food, and items already on promotion.
