Recommended Use

Apply the gel two to three times a day to the affected area. It is recommended to apply after meals and not to consume liquids or food during the half hour following use. Do not rinse. Do not ingest. 

Ingredients List

10% potassium nitrate: desensitizing.
Sodium fluoride: anticavity and remineralizing.
Dexpanthenol, allantoin, laureth-9, and dipotassium glycyrrhizate: soothing and regenerating.
