Description

It is a reusable gel pack that allows cooling or heating in case of injuries and/or pain.
Cold Therapy: Local pain relief and reduction of swelling (e.g., acute joint and muscle inflammations, bruises, toothaches, …)
Heat Therapy: Promotes blood circulation and relaxation in areas of tension (e.g., muscle pain, menstruation, …)

Gel composition: water, propylene glycol, gelling agent, dye.

Recommended use

Cold therapy: cool the pack for 2 hours in the freezer, down to -18 °C.

Heat therapy: Submerge in hot water (maximum 80 °C) for 2 minutes or heat for 55 seconds at 600 watts in the microwave. Never apply directly to the skin.

Do not apply for more than 20 minutes; wait 30 minutes between applications. Do not apply to children under 3 years old, disabled persons, sick individuals, or those sensitive to heat and cold.
