Recommended Use

1. Place the collecting cup over your breast, with the nipple centered in the opening.
2. Gently press the collecting cup against the breast to remove air and create a soft seal.
   
3. Put the nursing bra over the collecting cup. If you feel the cup is loose, press it again to create more suction.
   
4. Check the milk level after the let-down begins. Lean slightly forward and remove the collecting cup when it reaches the maximum fill level to avoid accidental spills. When finished, release the seal around the opening by inserting a finger.
5. Pour the collected breast milk into a bottle or keep it in the collecting cup for temporary storage.
   
6. Insert the lid onto the collecting cup to prevent contamination.
   
7. Store the collecting cup on a rounded surface with the heart logo facing down.
