Ginger Essential Oil

Description

Pranarom ginger essential oil has been used for many years to treat stomach problems, diarrhea, and nausea. It is also known for its culinary use.

Recommended Use

• Digestive discomfort and Gas: Take 1 to 2 drops diluted in honey, 3 times a day
• Constipation: 4 drops diluted in 4 drops of vegetable oil, apply in a massage on the abdomen. Massage clockwise.
• Menstrual pain: 2 drops in 2 drops of Evening Primrose vegetable oil, take 2x a day
• Joint and muscle pain: For local massage, apply 3 to 4 drops mixed with 2 to 3 drops of arnica vegetable oil. Apply 2 to 3 times a day.
