Recommended Use

Place the flexible silicone membrane over the outer shell of Medela Breast Milk Collectors by pressing all around. Place the milk collector inside the bra, with the membrane opening centered over the nipple. The practical opening should face upwards. Remove every 2 to 3 hours and let the breasts air dry. Avoid using at night. Use with a nursing bra when using milk collectors so that the collectors exert less pressure on your breasts. Clean the milk collectors after each use.
