Shopping with an Account or as a Guest

You can shop at Love My Pharma by creating a customer account or, if you prefer, as a guest.

By creating an account, you can track the status of your orders, view your purchase history, and manage your information more conveniently.

During the purchase process, necessary data for order processing may be requested, including name, address, phone contact, and email address.

How to Place an Order

Shopping at Love My Pharma is simple:

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  2. Check the selected items and quantities.
  3. Enter billing and delivery information.
  4. Choose the available shipping method.
  5. Select the preferred payment method.
  6. Confirm the order.

Before final confirmation, a purchase summary will be presented, including the total order value and any applicable shipping costs.

Order Confirmation

After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Order preparation will begin after payment confirmation.

Love My Pharma reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of non-compliance with these conditions, suspected fraud, computer error, or product unavailability.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability in stock.

Although Love My Pharma strives to keep stock information constantly updated, temporary unavailability or stock shortages may occur.

If any product is unavailable after placing the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Whenever applicable, an alternative solution may be proposed or a refund issued for the unavailable product.

Payments by Multibanco Reference

Orders paid by Multibanco Reference must be settled within a maximum of 24 hours after placing the order.

During this period, the products will remain reserved, except in exceptional situations.

If payment is not received within the indicated timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

During promotional periods or special campaigns, this deadline may be changed, and this information will be communicated during the purchase process.

Preparation and Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped on business days.

Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, or circumstances beyond Love My Pharma’s control.

Whenever possible, the customer will be informed of any delays in order processing or shipping.

Refunds for Product Unavailability

If, after payment, one or more products become unavailable due to stock shortage, Love My Pharma will issue the corresponding refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless technically impossible.

Important Information

All prices shown in the online store include VAT at the current legal rate.

Love My Pharma strives to ensure the accuracy of the information and prices shown. However, in case of a clear error or technical anomaly resulting in an obviously incorrect price, the order may be canceled, with the customer informed as soon as possible and refunded any amount already paid.
