How to order
Registration and Ordering Process
Making purchases at Love my Pharma, as well as accessing the Client Area, requires the consumer to register on the Online Shop. Personal Data will be requested, which is mandatory to fill in, namely full name, telephone contact, address, and Email contact;
Login is done through the “Login” option. If the client does not wish to register at Love my Pharma, they can choose the “Guest” option to make Online purchases;
After selecting your products, they will be available in the shopping cart. Love my Pharma advises always checking the products and quantities selected to ensure the order matches what is intended.
When finalizing the order, the consumer will be directed to the payment process (Checkout). At this stage, you can choose to continue as a guest or register;
After filling in all the data, if not already done, the client is sent to the payment process. At this stage, the final order amount will be shown, including, if applicable, the shipping costs. The client can select one of the various payment methods provided by Love my Pharma;
After the purchase is processed, the client receives an email with all the details of the online order;
With the completion of the order and subsequent payment order, the contract of sale and purchase of the products chosen by the Client is considered concluded;
If payment confirmation is not received, or if there is non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Love my Pharma reserves the right not to accept the order or to cancel it, in whole or in part, even after its automatic confirmation;

Product Availability and Order Confirmation/Cancellation
Collection of products for processing the online order only begins after confirmation of the respective payment. For payments via Multibanco Reference, Love my Pharma informs that the maximum payment period is 24 hours and that the product or products selected in the order will remain reserved during that same period. If payment is not registered after 24 hours, Love my Pharma will cancel the order. It is also informed that during special periods, such as commemorative days, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, among others, or when discount codes/coupons are issued, the maximum payment period by Multibanco Reference may change;
The consumer will always be informed of the estimated shipping date of their order;
We warn of variation in shipping time, considering the destination of the order or any unforeseen event that may arise from CTT or another partner carrier. Love my Pharma is not responsible for delays in order delivery resulting from external factors;
Online order shipments, as well as their preparation, will only take place on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Therefore, weekends and holidays will not be counted for delivery time estimates or delivery itself. In case of any delay in order shipment compared to the initially presented time, claims for compensation will not be allowed or considered;
The fulfillment of all orders placed in the Online Shop is subject to product availability. Love my Pharma tries to ensure that all items offered for sale are in stock. However, Love my Pharma reserves the right not to accept any orders or to cancel already confirmed orders for products in that order that have since gone out of stock;
In cases of product unavailability and/or stock shortage, the consumer will be immediately informed about the partial or total cancellation of the order. In the event of processing an online order, with respective payment, that contains products that become unavailable during the billing process due to stock shortage, Love my Pharma will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer. In these situations, the refund method will always be the same as the payment method;
Love my Pharma provides the total price of each product with Value Added Tax (VAT) included and cannot be held responsible in case of computer error or any other origin that causes a substantial unforeseen change in the retail price shown on the Love my Pharma website. In cases where this value is negligible, the order will be canceled even if it was previously accepted or confirmed by the Sales Team. The client will always be informed of this fact, and Love my Pharma will be exempt from liability for any damages or costs arising from this action.
