Order Shipping

Mainland Portugal: Orders will only be delivered on working days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM;

Mainland Spain: Orders will only be delivered on working days, Monday to Friday.

Successful delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the consumer, especially the address;

From the moment the order is handed over to the customer by the carrier, Love my Pharma considers the delivery to have been made;

It is the customer's full responsibility to check that the delivered products are in good condition. If this is not the case, contact must be made within a maximum of 24 hours to the Love my Pharma Sales/Customer Support Team, via email apoio@lovemypharma.com or by phone at +351 912 537 496 (Phone service provided exclusively in Portuguese. National calls: Cost of call to the national mobile network; International calls: cost depends on the rates set by the respective operator).

Shipping Costs

All shipping expenses related to the order are billed per order and not per product. Thus, the customer can include more than one product in their order and will only pay shipping costs once;

Mainland Portugal: For orders over €49, delivery charges are free;

Mainland Portugal: For orders under €49, shipping costs will be €3.48 per order (VAT included);

Mainland Portugal: For orders over €49 that include bulky products, shipping costs will be €3.48 per order (VAT included). Bulky products are considered, by way of example, products such as: Shnuggle Bath Kit, Wheelchairs and Walkers, Shnuggle Toddler Bath, Electric Baby Recliners;

Madeira and Azores Archipelagos: Regardless of the total order value, shipping costs will be €6.50 per order (VAT included);

Madeira and Azores Archipelagos: Regardless of the total order value of bulky products, shipping costs will be €20.00 per order (VAT included). Bulky products are considered, by way of example, products such as: Shnuggle Bath Kit, Wheelchairs and Walkers, Shnuggle Toddler Bath, Electric Baby Recliners;

Mainland Spain: For orders over €49, delivery charges are free;

Mainland Spain: For orders under €49, shipping costs will be €4.90 (VAT included);

Mainland Spain: For orders over €49 that include bulky products, shipping costs will be €20 (VAT included). Bulky products are considered, by way of example, products such as: Shnuggle Bath Kit, Wheelchairs and Walkers, Shnuggle Toddler Bath, Electric Baby Recliners;

Love my Pharma warns consumers that deliveries to other European countries will be priced according to the destination and the volume of the order;

Love my Pharma informs that, when promotions are in place, the final order value considered for free shipping will be the final amount after applying all current promotions.

Love my Pharma informs that shipping costs should always be checked at the time of ordering, as they are automatically applied based on the product volume.

Delivery Times

Love my Pharma counts, considering only working days and after the order leaves our facilities, the following delivery times:

Mainland Portugal: between 24 and 48 working hours;

Madeira and Azores Archipelagos: up to a limit of 15 days, except for exceptions beyond Love my Pharma's control;

Mainland Spain: up to 72 working hours.

The customer will have no right to compensation if there is a delay in dispatching the items, considering the estimated delivery dates of the order.

Order Slips, Invoices and Receipts

The order confirmation, which contains the purchased products as well as the amount paid, has no accounting value and only serves as a document proving the completion of the purchase. Invoices and receipts, with or without tax ID, are issued and subsequently sent along with the order;
