Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight, and volume of the order. The amount will be displayed before checkout is completed.

The following are considered bulky products, for guidance:

Love my Pharma reserves the right to classify other products as bulky when their logistical characteristics justify it.
Products with the Free Shipping Label
The "Free Shipping" applies only to the marked products for which Love my Pharma covers the shipping costs. This campaign is valid exclusively for Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain.
If your order includes products without the "Free Shipping", shipping charges may apply, unless the total order value reaches the minimum amount that qualifies for free shipping for the entire order, according to the applicable conditions.
Promotions and Free Shipping
The minimum amount required to qualify for free shipping is calculated after discounts, promotional campaigns or promotional codes have been applied.
The shipping costs shown at checkout always take precedence over any merely informative amounts.
Delivery Times
After the order has been dispatched:

The timescales shown are estimates and may change for reasons beyond Love my Pharma’s control, including logistical or carrier-related constraints.
Important Information
- If you placed your order after 14:00 (UTC+1), it may only be dispatched the following day.
- Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday.
- In mainland Portugal, deliveries usually take place between 09:00 and 18:00.
- Successful delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer, particularly the delivery address.
- The order is considered delivered once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Order Receipt
We recommend checking the condition of the products upon receipt.
If you identify any damage, missing items or irregularity, you must contact our customer support team within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.
Invoices and Receipts
The order confirmation only confirms that the purchase was made and has no accounting value.
The invoice and corresponding receipt are issued and sent together with the order.
