Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight, and volume of the order. The amount will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

The following are considered bulky products, by way of indication:

  • Shnuggle Toddler Bath
  • Wheelchairs
  • Baby Walkers
  • Electric Baby Bouncers

Love my Pharma reserves the right to classify other products as bulky when their logistical characteristics so warrant.

Products with a Free Shipping Label

The label "Free Shipping" applies only to the marked products for which Love my Pharma covers the shipping costs. This campaign is valid exclusively for Mainland Portugal and Mainland Spain.

If your order includes products without the "Free Shipping", shipping charges may apply, unless the total order value reaches the minimum amount qualifying for free shipping for the entire order, in accordance with the applicable terms.

Promotions and Free Shipping

The minimum amount required to qualify for free shipping is calculated after discounts, promotional campaigns or promotional codes have been applied.

The shipping costs shown at checkout always prevail over any merely informative amounts.

Delivery Times

After the order has been dispatched:

Mainland Portugal 1 to 2 business days
Mainland Spain 1 to 3 business days
Madeira and the Azores Up to 15 business days
France, Germany, Italy 3 to 7 business days

The stated delivery times are estimates and may change for reasons beyond Love my Pharma's control, namely logistical or carrier-related constraints.

Important Information

  • If you placed your order after 12:00 (UTC+1), it may only be dispatched the following day.
  • Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday.
  • In mainland Portugal, deliveries usually take place between 09:00 and 18:00.
  • Correct delivery of the order depends on the accuracy of the data provided by the customer, namely the delivery address.
  • The order is considered delivered after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Order Receipt

We recommend that you check the condition of the products upon receipt.

If you identify any damage, missing items or irregularity, you must contact our customer support team within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery.

Invoices and Receipts

The order confirmation only confirms that the purchase was made and has no accounting value.

The invoice and the corresponding receipt are issued and sent together with the order.
