Recommended use

• Wash and clean the nose with soap and water, then dry completely.
  
• Make sure the nose is free of creams, oils, and makeup.
  
• Remove the backing and avoid touching the adhesive.
  
• Center the nasal strip on the nose, as shown in the image.
  
• Press the strip from the center to the ends to fully adhere.
  
• Keep on for 30 seconds.
• The strip will be correctly positioned if the rounded tab is centered at the top of the nasal bone.
  
• The flexible part of the strip should be placed just above the nostrils.

To remove:
Wet the nasal strip with warm water.
Gently lift both ends and slowly remove to minimize the risk of injury.
Discard the used nasal strip.
