Recommended Use

Place the interdental brush exactly where the spacing between the teeth begins. Tilt the tip relative to the central axis of the tooth and gently push in, without forcing. Then adjust the position of the brush. Without applying force or pressure, hold the handle at a 90º angle to the axis of the teeth. Carefully push the brush in, then pull it out again. Single back-and-forth motion.
