Iron Bisglycinate - Ferrochel (36 mg). High bioavailability, four times more bioavailable than ferrous iron (absorption rate between 70 and 75%).

Iron contributes to the normal production of red blood cells, oxygen transport, and energy production.

Recommended Use

Take 1 capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless directed by a doctor.
