Description
Pranarom ginger essential oil has been used for many years to treat stomach problems, diarrhea, and nausea. It is also known for its culinary use.
Recommended Use
- Digestive discomfort and gas: Take 1 to 2 drops diluted in honey, 3 times a day.
- Constipation: 4 drops diluted in 4 drops of vegetable oil, apply with massage on the abdomen. Massage clockwise.
- Menstrual pain: 2 drops in 2 drops of evening primrose vegetable oil, take 2x a day.
- Joint and muscle pain: For local massage, apply 3 to 4 drops mixed with 2 to 3 drops of arnica vegetable oil. Apply 2 to 3 times a day.
