AQUILEA SONO Express is a food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin* helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime. AQUILEA SONO Express comes in an innovative sublingual spray (application under the tongue) which, thanks to its nanoemulsion technology, allows melatonin to be released and absorbed within 5 minutes(1) to achieve a quick onset of sleep., (1) The sublingual spray is absorbed 4.6 times faster than the tablet at 5 minutes.

Recommended Use

One sublingual spray before going to bed. Shake well before each use. Warnings: Food supplements are not substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
