Recommended Use

Perineal pain and hemorrhoids - Cold therapy, applied to the affected area, can reduce swelling and relieve discomfort. Apply the compress for a maximum period of 20 minutes at a time. Allow at least one hour between each use or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Postpartum uterine contractions - Heat therapy, applied to the affected area, can help relieve the discomfort of contractions when the uterus begins to return to its original size. Apply the compress for up to 20 minutes at a time. Allow at least one hour between each use or as directed by a healthcare professional. For external use only. Do not place disposable covers in the microwave.
