Recommended Use

1. Cut 30 cm of floss. Wrap it around your index fingers.
2. Use your thumbs to gently guide the dental floss between the teeth.
3. Place the dental floss against the surface of a tooth and move it up and down.
4. Then place the dental floss on the other side and repeat the motion.
